Flying Through Features

In February of 2019, I worked on a travel themed campaign for Starling Bank. The primary goals of this campaign were brand awareness and customer engagement with the app. We were excited to show off the great features of the app that are particularly great for when you are spending abroad. #TravelWithTeal

Each Travel Tip showed a product feature, educating customers on why Starling’s debit card was the best option to travel the world with.

I helped conceptualize the campaign ideas with the marketing team, lead the brief for visualising the assets, wrote copy and created the branded hashtag, coordinated the posting schedule and managed the content calendar for the entire campaign.

We achieved increased engagement with the posts for the campaign compared to previous assets, and developed brand awareness measured in audience growth. 

I was responsible for daily, weekly and overall campaign reporting metrics, including likes, comments, engagement rate, impressions and reach to track the success of the campaign.
